Challenge and solution
For Lhoist in Zdzieszowice, we produced an illuminated sign with the company logo, installed on a steel truss structure on the facade of an industrial silo at a height of approximately 60 metres. The project included preparation of the supporting structure and professional installation of illuminated signage in demanding industrial conditions.
The main challenge was to securely install the illuminated sign at a considerable height without compromising the building's structure. The work required precise planning, consideration of structural loads and specialist access equipment.
We designed a custom mounting system based on a steel truss, adapted to the technical conditions of the silo. A specialist boom lift with an extended reach enabled accurate and safe installation.
The result is durable and highly visible industrial facility signage that strengthens Lhoist's visual identity. This project demonstrates our experience in manufacturing and installing illuminated advertising signs on industrial buildings, including at considerable heights.
