I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The controller of personal data collected through the Online Print Shop
www.reklamowebanery.pl is Joanna Smyk – Jędrzejowska, conducting business activity
under the name SMYK-JĘDRZEJOWSKA JOANNA MEDIA WALK, entered in the
Central Business Activity Register of the Republic of Poland kept by the minister
responsible for economic affairs, place of business and address for correspondence:

address: druk@reklamowebanery.pl, hereinafter referred to as the “Controller” and
at the same time the Service Provider. - The personal data of the Service Recipient is processed in accordance with the Polish
Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883,
as amended) and the Polish Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002
(Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended). - The Controller takes special care to protect the interests of the data subjects, and
in particular ensures that the data collected is:
a) processed lawfully,
b) collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected
to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
c) substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which
it is processed, and stored in a form which permits identification of
data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the processing purpose. - All capitalised words or expressions in this Privacy Policy should be understood as
defined in the Terms and Conditions of the Online Print Shop
www.reklamowebanery.pl.
II. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION - The personal data of the Service Recipients, collected by the Controller, is used for
accounting purposes, marketing purposes (Newsletter), for contacting the Customer
and other activities related to the performance of the Sales Agreement. - The Controller processes the following personal data of the Service Recipients:
a) First name and surname,
b) company,
c) NIP (Polish Tax ID),
d) REGON (Polish business register number),
e) Address (street and house/flat number, postcode, city),
f) Telephone number,
g) E-mail address. - The Controller may process the following data describing how the Service Recipient
uses the services provided electronically (operational data):
a) Identifiers of the telecommunication network endpoint or ICT system
used by the Service Recipient.
b) Information about the start, end and scope of each use of
the electronically provided services by the Service Recipient.
c) Information about the Service Recipient’s use of the services provided
electronically. - Providing the personal data referred to in point 2 is necessary for the Service Provider
to deliver services electronically through the Online Print Shop or to conclude
the Sales Agreement for a Product.
III. LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING - Use of the Online Print Shop, conclusion of contracts for the provision of electronic
services through the Online Print Shop or conclusion of Sales Agreements for
Products, which involves the need to provide personal data, is entirely voluntary.
The data subject decides independently whether they wish to start using the services
provided electronically by the Service Provider or to conclude a Sales Agreement for
a Product in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. - In accordance with Article 23 of the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997
(Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended), data processing is permissible, among others, when:
a) the data subject consents to it, unless it concerns the deletion of
their data,
b) it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party,
or where it is necessary to take steps before concluding the contract at the request
of the data subject. - Processing of personal data by the Controller always takes place within the bases
of admissibility listed in point 2.
Processing of data will be related to the performance of a contract or to the need to take
steps before concluding a contract at the request of the data subject (point 2 letter b).
In addition, before concluding contracts for the provision of electronic services available
through the Online Print Shop, the future Service Recipient is informed of the need
to accept the Terms and Conditions.
IV. RIGHT OF CONTROL, ACCESS TO YOUR DATA AND ITS CORRECTION - The Service Recipient has the right to access and correct their personal data.
- Each person has the right to control the processing of data concerning them,
included in the Controller’s data set, and in particular the right to demand completion,
updating, correction of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of processing
or their deletion, if they are incomplete, out of date, untrue
or have been collected in breach of the Act or are no longer needed for the purpose for
which they were collected. - To exercise the rights referred to in points 1 and 2, you may send an appropriate e-mail

V. “COOKIES” - The Service Provider’s Online Print Shop uses “cookies”. Failing to change the browser
settings on the Service Recipient’s side is equivalent to consent to their use. - Installation of “cookies” is necessary for the proper provision of services in the Online
Print Shop. “Cookies” contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the
Online Print Shop, in particular those requiring authorisation. - Two types of “cookies” are used within the Online Print Shop: “session” and “persistent”.
a) Session “cookies” are temporary files stored on the
Service Recipient’s terminal device until logout (until leaving the Online
Print Shop).
b) Persistent “cookies” are stored on the Service Recipient’s terminal device
for the time specified in the “cookie” file parameters or until they are
deleted by the Service Recipient. - The Service Recipient has the right to decide on the access of “cookies” to their
computer by selecting this in advance in the browser window. Detailed
information on the possibilities and methods of handling “cookies” is available in the
software (web browser) settings.
VI. FINAL PROVISIONS - The Controller uses technical and organisational measures ensuring the protection
of the personal data being processed, appropriate to the threats and to the categories
of data covered by the protection, and in particular protects the data against being
made available to unauthorised persons, taken by an unauthorised person, processed
in breach of applicable regulations and against change, loss, damage or destruction. - The Service Provider provides appropriate technical means to prevent unauthorised
persons from obtaining and modifying personal data
transmitted electronically. - In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the Terms and
Conditions of the Online Print Shop www.reklamowebanery.pl and other relevant
provisions of Polish law shall apply accordingly.
